Mail Club

Mail Club is our way of staying connected beyond the studio walls. Members receive small art surprises sent through the mail on a monthly basis. Art may include postcards, stickers, and occasional paper goods. Members will also receive a letter detailing studio updates and early peeks at what we’re creating. It’s perfect for anyone who loves thoughtful mail and supporting our work in an easy, ongoing way.

Things to Note:

  • This is a monthly subscription billed at $10 per month.

  • Your subscription renews automatically, and you may cancel at any time.

  • All letters are mailed during the first week of each month.
    For example, if you sign up in mid-January, your first mailing will be sent in early February.

  • All mail is sent via stamped, untracked letter mail to keep shipping costs low. Tracking is not provided. Delivery times typically range from 1–4 weeks, depending on your location.

  • Gifting this subscription? Simply fill out the form with the giftee’s name and address.

    Every mailing features artwork that isn’t available anywhere else, and is curated based on the season. Because items are sent via letter mail, the contents are smaller in size—you might receive stickers, postcards, prints, and other surprise goodies along the way!

    You will also receive a letter detailing studio happenings and sneak peaks into upcoming projects and events!

  • Anyone is welcome to join the Mail Club! Membership may be limited based on shop capacity. If the club appears to be at maximum capacity, feel free to reach out and we’ll see what we can do!

    Our studio is based in Snohomish, Washington. If you live internationally, please note that mail delivery may take longer outside the U.S.

  • All letters are mailed during the first week of each month.

    Members who join by the end of the month will receive the following month’s mailing. For example, if you sign up in mid-January, your first mailing will be sent in early February.

  • Delivery typically takes 1–4 weeks, depending on your location. We ship all mail from our studio in Snohomish, Washington, and international orders may take a little extra time to arrive.

    To keep membership affordable, Mail Club rewards are sent via standard mail in stamped, untracked envelopes. This allows us to offer low shipping fees while still delivering fresh art to your door!

  • We do our best to package everything securely, but sometimes shipping accidents occur. If your art arrives bent, torn, or otherwise damaged, please reach out to contact@cricketstudioart.com.

    Send us a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 7 days of delivery. Once we take a look, we’ll get a replacement sent out to you right away.
